These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the nurstar Casino platform. Please read them carefully before registering or placing any bet. By using nurstar, you agree to be bound by these terms in their entirety.

Each player may hold only one nurstar account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and may result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. nurstar operates in compliance with PAGCOR's regulatory framework. Players outside permitted jurisdictions must not use the platform.
By accessing, registering on, or using the nurstar Casino platform ("nurstar," "the Platform," "the Site"), you ("the Player," "you," "User") confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), together with nurstar's Privacy Policy and any additional rules applicable to specific games or promotions available on the Platform.
If you do not agree to these Terms in full, you must immediately cease all use of nurstar and close your account. Continued use of the Platform constitutes your ongoing acceptance of these Terms as they are amended from time to time.

In these Terms, unless the context requires otherwise:
You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register and use nurstar. This requirement is set in accordance with PAGCOR's regulations governing online gaming in the Philippines. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older. nurstar will verify your age through the KYC process. Any account found to belong to a person under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended, all pending and processed wagers will be voided, and any deposited funds will be returned to the original payment source.
Access to and use of nurstar is intended for residents and persons physically located in the Philippines where permitted by applicable law. It is the Player's sole responsibility to ensure that their use of nurstar complies with the laws applicable in their jurisdiction. nurstar makes no representation that access to or use of the Platform is lawful in any jurisdiction outside those where nurstar is duly licensed to operate. Players located in Prohibited Jurisdictions must not access or use the Platform.
Each Player may register and maintain only one (1) nurstar Account. Registration of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited. If nurstar identifies that a Player holds more than one account, all duplicate accounts will be suspended, any bonuses claimed across those accounts will be forfeited, and remaining balances may be consolidated or voided at nurstar's sole discretion. nurstar reserves the right to permanently ban Players who deliberately circumvent this rule.
You must provide true, accurate, current, and complete information during registration and at all subsequent times. You agree to promptly update any information that becomes inaccurate or outdated. nurstar is not liable for any loss arising from your failure to provide accurate information, including delays in payment processing caused by incorrect bank or e-wallet details.
nurstar reserves the right to require identity verification at any time, including but not limited to during registration, before processing withdrawal requests, or where nurstar has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent or irregular activity. Acceptable forms of identification include, but are not limited to: a valid Philippine passport, driver's licence, SSS ID, UMID, PhilHealth ID, or any other government-issued photo identification. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period may result in restrictions on account functionality, including suspension of withdrawal privileges.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your nurstar login credentials, including your username and password. You agree to: (a) use a strong, unique password not shared with any other service; (b) enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available; (c) notify nurstar immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised use of your Account or any other breach of security; and (d) never share your login credentials with any third party.
nurstar will never ask for your Account password through any communication channel, including live chat, email, or SMS. Any communication purporting to request your password from nurstar is fraudulent and should be reported immediately.
nurstar shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials, provided that nurstar has fulfilled its own security obligations under these Terms.
nurstar accepts deposits via the following channels: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, 7-Eleven Cliqq, USDT TRC20, and Coins.ph. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change. nurstar reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.
The minimum deposit amount is PHP 100 (One Hundred Philippine Pesos) across all accepted payment channels. nurstar does not charge a fee on incoming deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees, for which nurstar bears no responsibility.
All transactions on nurstar are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). Deposits made in other currencies will not be accepted and will be returned to their source where technically possible.
Funds deposited to your nurstar Wallet Balance are held separately from nurstar's operational funds. nurstar does not use Player funds for any operational or business purpose. Deposited funds are available for wagering or withdrawal at any time, subject to these Terms and any applicable verification requirements.
Notice: You must only deposit funds that belong to you legally. Depositing funds obtained through fraud, theft, or illegal means is strictly prohibited and will be reported to the appropriate Philippine authorities in accordance with Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) obligations.
Withdrawal requests may only be submitted by Players whose Accounts have been fully verified through the KYC process. Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit (reverse withdrawal policy) where technically feasible, to comply with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) obligations. nurstar reserves the right to request additional documentation before approving any withdrawal request.

Delays may occur due to public holidays, bank processing schedules, regulatory compliance checks, or technical issues beyond nurstar's control. nurstar does not charge a withdrawal fee, though your receiving bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own charges.
Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed in the cashier section of your nurstar Account. These limits may be adjusted for individual accounts at nurstar's discretion, particularly in connection with enhanced due diligence procedures required under Philippine AML regulations.
nurstar may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotions to eligible Players from time to time. Each promotion is subject to specific terms and conditions that are communicated at the time the promotion is offered, including but not limited to: minimum deposit requirements, eligible games, wagering requirements, minimum odds (for sports bets), maximum bet restrictions while a bonus is active, and expiry dates.
Bonus Funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they — or any winnings derived from them — become eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirements applicable to specific promotions are disclosed in the relevant promotional terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the stated validity period will result in forfeiture of the Bonus Funds and any associated winnings.
nurstar operates a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once; using low-risk betting strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements; collusion with other Players to fulfil wagering requirements; or any other activity that nurstar determines, in its reasonable discretion, constitutes an exploitation of its promotional offers.
Note: nurstar reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus or associated winnings where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse. All bonus decisions made by nurstar in this respect are final.
Employees, directors, agents, and contractors of nurstar, as well as their immediate family members, are not eligible to participate in any bonus or promotional offer unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing by an authorised nurstar representative.
All games available on nurstar use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) and, in the case of live casino products, involve real dealers operating according to defined game procedures. Game outcomes are determined by the relevant RNG or live dealer results and are final once the game round concludes. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for slot games and house edge information for table games are displayed within each game's information panel.
In the event of a technical malfunction, server error, or other system failure affecting game availability or outcome integrity, nurstar reserves the right to void the affected game rounds and return associated wagers to Players. nurstar is not liable for losses arising from technical errors outside its reasonable control, including but not limited to network failures, force majeure events, or interruptions to third-party gaming software provider services.
If your internet connection is interrupted during a game round, the game will be resolved according to the result reached at the time of disconnection or, where applicable, the game's completion upon reconnection. nurstar is not responsible for losses incurred due to player-side connectivity issues, including but not limited to mobile data drops or browser crashes.
Players are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities on or in connection with the nurstar Platform:
Violation of any prohibition listed above may result in immediate Account suspension or termination, forfeiture of Wallet Balance, and referral to relevant Philippine law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without nurstar's prior written consent.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, nurstar shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruptions, or the cost of substitute services, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform, regardless of the basis of the claim.
nurstar's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your nurstar Account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits nurstar's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
You may close your nurstar Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any verified real-money Wallet Balance will be returned to your registered payment method after standard compliance checks, provided that no active wagering requirements or withdrawal restrictions apply.
nurstar reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your Account at any time, with or without prior notice, if: (a) you have breached any provision of these Terms; (b) nurstar has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity; (c) you have provided false or misleading registration information; (d) required by applicable law or by a regulatory or governmental authority; or (e) continued operation of your Account would, in nurstar's reasonable opinion, create compliance, legal, or reputational risk.
Upon termination for cause, nurstar may in its discretion withhold the Wallet Balance pending investigation. Where a Player has been found to have engaged in fraud, bonus abuse, or prohibited conduct, the Wallet Balance may be forfeited in full. nurstar will notify the Player of such forfeiture in writing where legally required to do so.
nurstar reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, nurstar will notify registered Players by posting a notice on the Platform and, where practical, by notifying Players via their registered contact details. The revised Terms will take effect on the date specified in the notice.
Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must discontinue using the Platform and request closure of your Account.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
In the event of a dispute between you and nurstar, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through nurstar's customer support process. If the dispute cannot be resolved through that process within thirty (30) days, either party may pursue resolution through the appropriate Philippine regulatory or judicial authority with competent jurisdiction, including PAGCOR where applicable to gaming-related disputes.
