nurstar takes the privacy of every Filipino player seriously. This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and how you can exercise your rights under Philippine data protection law.
Under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act 10173), every nurstar account holder has these rights
You have the right to request a copy of the personal data nurstar holds about you, the purposes for which it is processed, and the third parties with whom it has been shared.
You may request the correction of any inaccurate or incomplete personal data we hold about you. Corrections are processed promptly upon verification of your identity.
You may request the deletion of your personal data where it is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, subject to nurstar's legal retention obligations.
You have the right to object to the processing of your personal data for direct marketing purposes. Upon a valid objection to marketing, nurstar will cease such processing immediately.
You may request a copy of your personal data in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format for transfer to another data controller where technically feasible.
If you believe your data rights have been violated, you may file a complaint with the National Privacy Commission (NPC) of the Philippines at privacy.gov.ph, or contact nurstar's support directly first.
This Privacy Policy ("Policy") describes how nurstar ("nurstar," "we," "us," "our") collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects the personal information of individuals ("you," "Player," "User") who access or use the nurstar Casino platform at nurstar.bio and any associated services.
nurstar is committed to protecting your privacy and to processing your personal data in accordance with the Republic of the Philippines' Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173, "DPA"), its Implementing Rules and Regulations, and the issuances of the National Privacy Commission ("NPC"). Important: nurstar does not knowingly collect personal data from any person under the age of 21. Persons under 21 are not eligible to register or use the nurstar platform in accordance with PAGCOR regulations and nurstar's own age verification policy.
For the purposes of the Data Privacy Act of 2012, the data controller responsible for your personal information is nurstar, operating the platform at nurstar.bio. nurstar determines the purposes and means of processing personal data collected through the Platform.
nurstar has designated a Data Protection Officer ("DPO") who is responsible for overseeing compliance with this Policy and applicable data protection legislation. Contact details for the DPO are provided in Section 16 of this Policy.
nurstar collects the following categories of personal data from Players, depending on the nature of your interaction with the Platform:

nurstar uses the personal data we collect for the following purposes:
To create and manage your nurstar Account; to verify your identity and age (21+ requirement); to process deposits, withdrawals, and in-game transactions in Philippine Peso; to maintain the integrity and security of the Platform; and to communicate with you regarding your Account status and transactions.
To fulfil nurstar's obligations under PAGCOR's licensing requirements; to comply with the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) and its implementing regulations, including the filing of covered and suspicious transaction reports to the AMLC where required; to perform Customer Due Diligence (CDD) and Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) procedures; and to respond to lawful requests from Philippine regulatory and law enforcement authorities.
To monitor gaming activity for indicators of problem gambling; to enforce deposit limits, loss limits, and self-exclusion decisions made by Players; to contact Players where nurstar has genuine concern about their gaming patterns; and to comply with PAGCOR's responsible gaming obligations.
To detect and prevent fraud, money laundering, identity theft, account takeover attempts, and other malicious activities targeting nurstar or its Players; to investigate suspicious activity; and to enforce nurstar's Terms and Conditions.
Where you have provided your consent, to send you information about nurstar promotions, bonuses, new games, and special offers via SMS or email. You may withdraw your marketing consent at any time by contacting nurstar's support team or by following the opt-out instructions included in any marketing communication.
To analyse how Players use the Platform in aggregate; to identify technical issues and improve Platform performance; and to develop new features and game offerings that better serve the needs of Filipino players.
nurstar does not sell your personal data to any third party. We may share your personal data only in the following limited circumstances:
nurstar engages trusted third-party service providers who process personal data on our behalf, including: KYC and identity verification providers; payment processors (including GCash, Maya, and banking partners); game software providers (for game integrity and audit purposes); customer support platform providers; cloud hosting and infrastructure providers; and fraud detection and cybersecurity service providers. All such providers are bound by data processing agreements requiring them to process personal data only on nurstar's instructions and to maintain appropriate security standards.
nurstar will disclose personal data to PAGCOR, the AMLC, the NPC, and other Philippine government authorities where required by law, court order, or regulatory directive. nurstar will notify affected Players of such disclosures where legally permitted to do so.
In the event of a merger, acquisition, asset sale, or business reorganisation involving nurstar, personal data held about Players may be transferred to the successor entity, subject to the same protections described in this Policy. Players will be notified of any such transfer prior to its completion.
nurstar will share your personal data with any other third party only where you have given your explicit consent to such sharing.
Reminder: nurstar does not share your personal data with third-party advertisers, data brokers, or unaffiliated marketing companies. Your personal information stays within the nurstar ecosystem and its regulated service partners.
nurstar retains your personal data for as long as is necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, subject to the following minimum retention periods required by Philippine law:
Following the expiry of applicable retention periods, personal data is securely deleted or anonymised in accordance with nurstar's data disposal procedures.
nurstar implements a comprehensive set of technical and organisational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, loss, or destruction. These measures include:
In the event of a personal data breach that is likely to prejudice your rights or freedoms, nurstar will notify the NPC within seventy-two (72) hours of becoming aware of the breach and will notify affected Players without undue delay, as required under the DPA and NPC Circular No. 16-03.
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. nurstar uses cookies and similar tracking technologies (including web beacons and local storage) to operate the Platform, recognise returning Players, maintain session security, and improve the Platform experience.
nurstar does not use third-party advertising cookies or retargeting cookies that track your behaviour across other websites.
You may control and delete cookies through your browser settings. Note that disabling strictly necessary cookies will affect the functionality of your nurstar Account and may prevent you from logging in or processing transactions. Disabling analytics or functional cookies will not prevent you from using the Platform but may reduce the personalisation of your experience.
nurstar is strictly an adults-only platform. The minimum age to register and use nurstar is twenty-one (21) years, as required by PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming in the Philippines. nurstar does not knowingly collect, process, or retain personal data from any person under the age of 21.
If nurstar discovers or is notified that an Account has been registered by or is being used by a person under the age of 21, the Account will be suspended immediately, any deposited funds will be returned, all associated personal data will be deleted except where retention is required by law, and the matter will be reported to relevant regulatory authorities where required.
If you believe that nurstar may have inadvertently collected personal data from a minor, please contact our Data Protection Officer immediately at the details provided in Section 16.
Under the Data Privacy Act of 2012, you have the following rights regarding your personal data held by nurstar, all of which may be exercised by contacting our Data Protection Officer (see Section 16):
nurstar will respond to all privacy rights requests within fifteen (15) working days of receipt, in accordance with NPC guidelines. We may require proof of identity before processing any request to protect against unauthorised access to personal data.
nurstar primarily processes and stores personal data on servers located in or serving the Philippines. In certain circumstances, personal data may be transferred to or accessed from jurisdictions outside the Philippines — for example, where game software providers or cloud infrastructure partners maintain data centres in other countries.
Any such international transfers of personal data are conducted only where: (a) the recipient country provides an adequate level of data protection recognised by the NPC; (b) nurstar has implemented appropriate safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses binding the recipient to obligations equivalent to those under the DPA; or (c) the transfer is necessary for the performance of your contract with nurstar or for the establishment, exercise, or defence of legal claims.
nurstar maintains a register of all international data transfers and the safeguards applied, which is available for inspection upon request to the DPO.
The nurstar Platform may from time to time reference or link to third-party services — such as payment gateway portals operated by GCash or Maya — through which you may complete transactions. Once you navigate away from nurstar to a third-party service, that service's own privacy policy governs the processing of your data. nurstar is not responsible for the data practices of any third-party service, even where accessed through the nurstar Platform.
nurstar encourages you to review the privacy policies of any third-party service before submitting personal information to them.
nurstar reserves the right to update or amend this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in our data processing practices, applicable Philippine law, or NPC guidance. When material changes are made, nurstar will post a notification on the Platform and, where practicable, notify registered Players via their registered contact details prior to the changes taking effect.
The "Effective Date" at the top of this Policy will be updated to reflect the date of the most recent revision. Your continued use of the nurstar Platform following the effective date of any revised Policy constitutes your acknowledgement of and agreement to the updated terms.

nurstar is committed to resolving all data privacy concerns internally before escalation where possible. We take every privacy inquiry seriously and aim to respond within fifteen (15) working days.

nurstar does not and will never sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third-party advertisers, data brokers, or any other organisation for commercial gain.
Every connection between your device and nurstar uses 256-bit SSL encryption. Your login credentials, payment details, and personal data are protected in transit at all times.
nurstar retains your personal data only for as long as is legally required or operationally necessary. Data that no longer needs to be held is securely deleted or anonymised.
All nurstar data processing practices are designed and reviewed for compliance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 and the issuances of the National Privacy Commission.
If a data breach occurs that may affect your rights, nurstar will notify the NPC within 72 hours and inform affected Players without undue delay as required by law.
Every legitimate data rights request — access, correction, erasure, objection — receives a substantive response from nurstar's DPO within fifteen (15) working days.
